About the roleWe are looking for an organised and compassionate Ward Clerk to support the smooth running of our St Barnabas House inpatient unit. They will provide essential administrative support to the clinical team and act as a welcoming point of contact for patients, families and visitors to the inpatient unit.You'll be• Providing high quality administrative support to the In-Patient Unit (IPU)• Maintaining accurate and up to date electronic patient records and managing the flow of clinical and non-clinical documentation within the In-patient Unit• A point of contact for patients, families, healthcare professionals and visitors to the IPU• Scheduling meetings, booking transport, ordering equipment, supporting clinical leads with staff Rota organisation.About usSouthern Hospice Group is the largest group of hospices in Sussex and one of the largest in the UK.
