Are you a Payroll Clerk, Payroll Administrator, Payroll Executive who would love to work for one of Manchester’s most iconic businesses? If so here is your opportunity!
The are the most recognised business in central Manchester and for the first time are looking to hire a Senior Payroll Executive. Based in the hospitality space they have over 1500 employees across 40 locations and with advanced systems in place they require their first hire to come in and work with the senior finance department to manage end to end payroll.
The payroll function has been outsourced over the last 5 years and they have reached the point where they want to centralise and have this function inhouse and in recognition of this will pay you a healthy bonus of up to 30% per annum based on your performance and company performance (paid quarterly).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fortnightly & Monthly Payroll Processing for temporary and salaried employees
2. Posting payroll into management accounts & accruing payroll
3. Assist with Quarterly payroll budget
4. Import Payroll Benefits
5. Monthly Payroll Reconciliation & P11D
6. Setting Up New Locations
7. Pension Administration
8. HMRC Payments
9. DEA Claims
10. Year-End Financial Audit
11. Annual Gender Pay Gap Reporting
12. Child maintenance submissions
As this is a stand alone position all applicants must have current payroll experience and been accomplished in all of the responsibilities as listed above.
