Cover Supervisor
Location: Dover
Start Date: ASAP and ongoing
Salary: £100 to £130 per day (In line with your current pay scale)

We are collaborating with a variety of secondary schools in Dover and the East of Kent. Due to the growing demand for supply staff and Cover Supervisors, we are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking regular and flexible work in both the short and medium term.
Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring students remain engaged and productive.
* Supervise students across various subjects and year groups, managing classroom behaviour effectively.
* Provide guidance and answer questions to support students' understanding of the material.
* Communicate feedback and lesson outcomes to teaching staff.
* Support the school during activities, events, or when additional supervision is needed.
Job Requirements:
* Must be a graduate with a degree in any subject
* Prior experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar cover supervisor role is beneficial but not essential
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Confidence and the ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and age groups
* A genuine passion for working with young people and fostering their learning
* Flexibility and a proactive approach to new challenges
