Are you passionate about people, the great outdoors, and creating unforgettable holiday memories? We’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales Advisor to join our team at one of the South West’s leading holiday park companies!
About the Role
As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of helping families and couples discover their ownership options. From stylish static caravans to luxury lodges, you’ll guide customers through the exciting journey of owning their perfect home-from-home.
Search
* To meet targets on self-generation of leads
* Prospect effectively and efficiently using CRM in line with Company expectation and training
* Cultivate and maintain local business partnerships
* Third party websites and estate agents – in line with Company guidance
* Generate future business through referral by owners and park team
* Generate and maintain relationships with all park visitors, including but not limited to: Holiday Homeowners, Holidaymakers and Local Members
* To market ownership and holiday homes in line with consumer rights and trading standards regulations and The NCC code of practice.
Sell
* To learn and execute the Company’s sales process
* Ensure weekly/monthly KPIs are achieved against Company budget
* To help prospects make an informed decision about holiday home ownership
* Ensure prospect details are correct and complete when recording
* Ensure a thorough appraisal of part-exchange stock is completed either via inhouse appraisal or by an underwriting trade specialist
* Ensure Purchase Agreement is signed at point of sale
* Ensure all supporting documentation required for completion is received correct, signed and uploaded to the customer account. This includes, but is not limited to:
➢ Suitable proofs of ID & Address
➢ Purchase and Licence Agreement
* Obtain customer’s decking specification & quotation, where applicable, whilst complying to minimum distance regulations
* Register customers for free insurance, where applicable, and ensure customer insurance is valid for completion
* Arrange siting and connection of utilities on sold units
* Complete Pre-handover Checks for all handovers and address issues prior to the customer taking ownership
* Complete handover with all customers, recording any snagging/aftersales and managing the customer expectations for any repair/warranty works
* Record and log opening and closing readings of utilities at handover
* Ensure standards of cleanliness and health & safety are maintained across the sales department. This includes but is not limited to:
➢ Sales offices and customer facing areas
➢ Sales stock
➢ Storage areas
* Ensure any areas of risk or poor standards on the park are highlighted and escalated to the appropriate Head of Department.
Support
* Continue to support customer for 90 days ensuring a good relationship with the customer is maintained
* Ensure aftersales and warranty jobs are recorded correctly
* Ensure inhouse jobs are uploaded, followed up and competed in a satisfactory and timely manner. Escalating to manufacturer where necessary via the appropriate channels
* To ensure completion of agreed works and aftersales to customer’s holiday homes within an acceptable and agreed timeframe with manufacturers, contractors and/or on park maintenance teams
* To effectively and efficiently deal with customer complaints closely following the Company and industry guidelines and best practices at all times; ensure the escalation of complaints is followed in line with the current complaints procedure.
