About
We're looking for someone who is deeply knowledgeable about EYFS pedagogy, confident in leading change, and committed to improving outcomes for our youngest learners. You'll be part of a dynamic Education Team, contributing to trust-wide initiatives and modelling our values in every interaction. In this strategic role, you will:
* Lead the development and implementation of a coherent, evidence-informed EYFS curriculum.
* Work closely with the Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy and Regional Education Directors to deliver an aspirational improvement strategy.
* Analyse trust-wide data to identify strengths and areas for development.
* Provide expert guidance and challenge to EYFS leaders and teachers to raise standards.
* Organise and deliver high-quality, research-based training and professional development.
* Foster collaboration and build capacity across EYFS settings through networking and shared expertise.
