About the role
Are you experienced in designing and delivering training on Corporate Systems to diverse groups? We are looking for two individuals to join our team, providing expert advice on systems training across the organisation.
You will liaise with internal customers from multiple departments to create and deliver tailored training materials, ensuring a consistent and thorough approach to systems training.
You will monitor the effectiveness of training by generating and analysing reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate training records within the learning management system or booking platform, and managing the SharePoint self-help hub to ensure it remains accessible and useful for all employees.
Additional activities include advising managers and employees on systems training, guiding the Academy Team on training tracking for compliance, and responding promptly to training-related queries.
About you
If you have experience building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with systems like Maximo/OFS, with strong organisational skills to prioritise multiple activities across various functions.
You should demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills to serve a diverse customer base, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team with a sense of individual accountability.
Customer focus is a core value, so placing positive customer experience at the centre of your work is essential.
Please note: a full UK Driving licence is required for this role.
