Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Early Childhood Educator for an on-site position located in Chandler's Ford. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering developmental activities, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, and nurturing strong relationships with children and their families. You will be expected to promote creativity, support individual learning needs, and ensure children thrive physically, emotionally, and socially in alignment with early childhood development principles.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Knowledge and practical experience in Early Childhood Development and Working With Children
Creativity Skills to design engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
Excellent Organization Skills for planning, managing daily routines, and maintaining a structured environment
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or a related field
Patience, adaptability, and passion for fostering child growth and learning
First aid certification and an understanding of health and safety practices are advantageous
