Description
We are looking for an ERP Product Analyst to join our growing IT Department here at our state-of-the-art campus here in Silverstone. Within this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various departments across the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements, assess feasibility and deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
2. Support, troubleshoot and optimise IFS processes, with focus on SCM, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
3. Act as the lead functional and system administrator for IFS.
4. Configure, maintain and improve IFS capabilities to align with business goals.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to define appropriate system solutions.
6. Support upgrades, new module rollouts, data management activities and system integrations.
7. Document requirements, process flows, test cases and support materials.
8. Coordinate project meetings, action logs and agendas.
9. Provide first-line support for usability and functional queries.
