We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and sales-driven Duty Manager to focus on coaching the team through day-to-day operations and also driving events, group bookings, and business outreach. If you are passionate about sales, marketing, and team leadership, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview
As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring all team members follow the 'Customer Promise' to provide a consistently high-quality experience for every guest. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving revenue through event sales, local business outreach, and community engagement. You will create and implement a sales strategy, work closely with the team to achieve daily sales goals, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across our Adventure Golf, Driving Range, and F&B operations.
