Following the promotion of the current post holder to a larger school, we are seeking an inspirational Headteacher for our lovely school. About the Role
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership and direction, ensuring high-quality education for all pupils. You will work closely with the Governing Body, Aquila Trust and the Diocese of Canterbury to uphold our Christian vision, drive school improvement, and sustain a positive and inclusive school culture where every member of the community feels valued.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
1. Is a committed, practising Christian with a strong understanding of Christian education and leadership of worship.
2. Has Qualified Teacher Status and significant leadership experience with a proven impact on school improvement.
3. Has completed NPQH or is committed to this training
4. Leads with integrity, creativity, clarity and resilience.
5. Inspires and motivates pupils, staff and parents, building strong relationships across the school and wider community.
6. Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and statutory responsibilities.
7. Is passionate about enriching pupils’ lives and promoting a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Active involvement in a Christian church community is desirable.
