Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market
presence, and developing strategic client relationships within the food manufacturing and
processing sectors. This role requires a consultative sales professional with strong technical
understanding of engineering projects, facilities design, refurbishment, and food industry
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within food manufacturing, processing,
and distribution sectors
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across engineering services and product
solutions
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Promote facility design and refurbishment services
Drive sales of Smartwash systems and dry ice packing solutions
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and service contracts in collaboration with Managing
Director
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award
Provide sales forecasts and strategic input to senior management
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' sales / Business development experience within the food
manufacturing, engineering services, or industrial sectors
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Strong understanding of food production environments and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to interpret technical specifications and project scopes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling capital equipment, engineering services, or industrial project
management solutions
Established network within the food industry
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
Experience managing key accounts or leading sales initiatives
