Job Title: Research Associate - Disability Access in Laboratory Environments (DALE) Project
Join the University of East Anglia as a Research Associate in the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Pay Range
Starting from £30,805 per annum (pro rata), with potential to increase up to £37,174 per annum (pro rata), depending on skills and experience. The pay range is provided by the university; actual salary will be discussed with your recruiter.

Responsibilities
* Conduct studies on disability access in laboratories as part of the DALE project
* Survey laboratories and interview staff and students about accessibility
* Analyze data, interpret results, and present research findings
Qualifications and Skills
* Graduate level qualification, equivalent experience, or relevant technical qualifications (e.g., Health and Safety, project management)
* Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a high-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to review documents, conduct interviews, and analyze data
* Experience related to disability access, accommodations, research, or technical fields is advantageous
