The Commercial Services Department is looking for a full‑time Private Patients and Overseas Manager. This is an exciting role for someone looking for a challenge and opportunity to develop their skills and experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Overview
The post holder will lead on and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Overseas Regulations and the future direction of the Department of Health, NHS England, Fraud Office, Immigration and Sanctions. They will support the private patient throughput within the Trust, focusing on the Lindsey Private Patient Service, including Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, Income and Overseas Visitors re‑chargeable activity.
Responsibilities
* Lead the private patient throughput within the Trust, ensuring efficient service delivery for the Lindsey Private Patient Service.
* Liaise frequently with consultants, clinical and non‑clinical staff, and customer‑service teams to support private patients and overseas visitors.
* Maintain and coordinate Private Patients and Overseas Service Developments, including restructuring where applicable to enhance the service.
* Research and implement new procedures that complement existing services, involving both clinical and non‑clinical representatives.
* Gather activity and information to enable remodelling and promote quality improvements.
* Ensure strategies are communicated, kept up‑to‑date and adapted when demand or service remodelling dictates.
