Working in the Communications and Advocacy team, the key responsibilities of your role will include:

* Ownership of SharePoint content, creating, organising, and maintaining pages, libraries, and resources.
* Managing the structure, navigation, and overall user experience of the SharePoint-based intranet to ensure it is intuitive, engaging, and accessible.
* Collaborating with teams across the organisation to develop and maintain high-quality, user-relevant content within team sites, project hubs, and knowledge repositories.
* Onboarding, training, and guiding staff on SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 tools to improve knowledge sharing, and collaboration.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role are:

* Proven experience managing SharePoint content, intranets, or internal communications platforms in a professional setting
* Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, site structure, metadata, and user engagement strategies
* Excellent writing, editing, and content curation skills tailored to diverse internal audiences
* Experience delivering user training or support on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools
* Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
