My client are recruiting for 2 x Service Support Managers to join their fantastic team within the Supported Living Sector, providing support to individuals with learning disabilities and additonal needs.
Their head office is close to Southend on Sea, Essex, however the role will also involve remote working within the services located around Essex, so a full driving licence is essential for this position.
This hugely rewarding role is to support the Service Seniors and to develop the skills and knowledge to enable them to run a safe and effective service, whilst meeting the needs of the service users with a person-centred approach, enabling the services users to live an independent life whilst supporting lifestyle choices, daily living tasks and wellbeing.
To ensure all aspects of management of the company are met within the Health and Social Care Act and the requirements of CQC whilst working within the KLOE’s and the company’s compliance are met, together with all other relative legislative requirements.
Main duties:
Weekly / Monthly audits of the services required action plans & compliance checks.
Spot checks / Compliance Checks on staff within the services.
Supporting the seniors to update Risk Assessments & Care Plans when required.
Attending service users’ reviews as required.
Attend monthly meetings within the services & monthly seniors’ meetings.
Carry out medication competencies with all Seniors.
