Your new role
* Oversee and manage the preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns to ensure accurate and timely filing.
* Develop and implement tax strategies to minimise tax liabilities and optimise tax benefits for clients.
* Ensure compliance with all UK tax laws and regulations, including monitoring changes in tax legislation and advising on their impact.
* Coordinate and manage tax audits and enquiries from HMRC.
* Provide guidance and support to the finance team and clients on tax-related matters.
* Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants as needed.
* Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.
* Conduct tax research and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
* Mentor and develop junior tax staff, providing training and career development opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
QBE, ACCA, ACA or CTA qualified.
Experience working in another Professional Services firm within Private Client, Personal, or Corporate Tax.
