Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location-Type: Onsite (Telford, PA)

Role
Job Description: Support the maintenance and lifecycle engineering of neonatal care devices by troubleshooting, testing, and documenting electrical systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Maintain and support existing neonatal care products, including incubators and phototherapy devices
* Troubleshoot, test, and write engineering assessments and deviation reports for electrical components
* Modify and document electrical circuitry for legacy products
* Collaborate with quality, mechanical, and regulatory teams
* Perform root cause analysis and apply EMI/EMC/ESD shielding strategies
* Independently manage electrical engineering tasks and reporting
Requirements
* Must-Haves:
o Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering
o 5 years of experience with analog and digital circuit design
o Experience using CAD tools such as Altium, Mentor, or Cadence
o Background in regulated environments (e.g., medical device, aerospace)
o Strong skills in EMI, EMC, and ESD mitigation
o Proven ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
* Nice-to-Haves:
o Medical device industry experience
o Master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering
o Experience in both new product development and lifecycle support
