Job Description:
* Responsible for answering and transferring calls.
* Ensure that messages are passed to the relevant members of staff promptly.
* Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
* Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
* Assist the team with administrative tasks.
* Handle incoming and outgoing posts.
* Follow centre security procedures.
* Support the learner allowance process.
* Greet visitors courteously and efficiently.
* Manage booking of meeting rooms to optimize space and meet business needs.
* Support the administrative functions of the business as required.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of two GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
