ABOUT THE JOB
Gunzilla Games are looking to recruit a Product Marketing Manager to join us creating Marketing assets to work on our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Battle Royale third person shooter, due for release on PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
Reporting directly to our Brand Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Manager will ensure the delivery of the Product strategy in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing department, the development teams and other company stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure consistency across all Product salepoints in alignment with their respective identities - including store pages, marketing collaterals, partnerships.
* Cultivate partnerships with first parties, platforms, product partners, agencies, and licensors. Secure and deploy stores featuring as well as partners’ amplification opportunities to drive product awareness and downloads.
* Collaborate with specialised creator agencies to deliver on influencer campaigns promoting our products; supervise the way our products are amplified by content creators and external partners.
* Update store listings with fresh and relevant information, including descriptions, screenshots, videos, and other promotional materials.
* Track and report on the effectiveness of all Product-related initiatives, drive continuous improvement, ensuring that our approach delivers on key business metrics.
* Monitor and stay updated on changes and requirements in game publishing stores and mobile apps stores, including their policy updates, algorithms, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years of experience in various marketing roles, ideally Games industry or related industry.
* In-depth experience driving collaboration across Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
* The ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently across multiple products & groups.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
* Fluent in English with strong written and oral communications skills.
