Offering a starting salary up to £40k, with uncapped commission, and a realistic annual commission circa £25k we are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team and take charge of developing new client relationships across the North/ West of England.
The role is entirely remote/field based and will solely focus on new business wins, covering the entire UK, with a focus on the North/ West of England.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within the region, using a mix of self-sourced leads and leads generated via local Account Managers
* Introducing our products and services to prospective clients, understand their safety needs, and build trust from the first contact
* Delivering tailored pitches, product demos, and proposals to convert prospects into customers
* Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the first deal
* Working closely with our regional account management team, ensuring smooth handover of new clients and maintaining positive internal relationships for long-term success
* Maintaining accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and sales progress in our CRM system

The ideal Field Sales Executive will be/have:
* Proven experience and success in B2B field sales and/ or new business development
* A natural hunter mentality – self-motivated, resilient, and driven to exceed targets
* A proven ability to generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong relationship-building skills – both with external clients and internal teams
* Ability to understand client needs and present product solutions that solve real-world challenges
* Organised and autonomous, capable of managing your own region and schedule effectively.
* Full UK driving licence – travel within the North West is essential.
