Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clerk of Works to join our Decent Homes project on an interim basis. As a Clerk of Works, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction work, helping to deliver safe and high-standard homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regularly inspect construction sites to monitor progress and quality.
* Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and building regulations.
* Report any issues or deviations to the project manager or architect.
* Maintain detailed records of inspections and findings.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
