Our client, a growing security systems integrator based in Birmingham, is looking for an experienced Security Systems Service Engineer to join their team. Position Overview As a Security Systems Service Engineer, you will be a key member of the technical team. You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of high-spec security systems for a range of commercial and high-end clients. Your work will directly contribute to the company's reputation for quality and reliability. Responsibilities Conduct service and maintenance on Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control systems. Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support. Complete and submit all service and fault-finding documentation accurately. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with installed security systems. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of security systems maintenance experience. Strong technical knowledge of Texecom, Hikvision, and Paxton systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and the team.
