An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Horsham Agency. **About the role:** We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist the Agency in servicing and renewing a portfolio of existing large commercial accounts. In this role, you will act as the day to day contact for these customers, administering policy amendments, dealing with general customer enquiries and establishing long term and effective relationships. This role supports the agency’s alignment with NFU Mutual’s strategic objectives: • To deliver sustainable, profitable growth • To be a great company to do business with • To be a great place to work The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a wide variety of tasks including the following: • Booking appointments and managing the Commercial Advisors diary • Preparing for meetings, new business calls and liaising with claims and underwriting where necessary • Writing up correspondence to clients, demands and needs and reports after client meetings.
