Are you passionate about delivering first-class client service? Do you enjoy building strong, long-term relationships and supporting clients with tailored solutions? We're looking for a motivated Account Handler to join a successful and growing Private Clients team.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Private and HNW clients.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting clients with their insurance needs.
* Assist colleagues on larger accounts, including attending meetings, preparing renewal terms, and drafting presentations.
* Liaise with insurers and third parties to ensure client requirements are met.
* Identify opportunities within existing accounts to add value and support client growth.
* Work towards Cert CII qualification, supported by ongoing training and development.
About You
* Experience working with Private or HNW clients in insurance.
* Strong client service skills, with a consultative and proactive approach.
* Confident communicator, able to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
* A genuine curiosity for business and a willingness to learn and grow within HNW insurance.
