We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Administration Assistant to become a vital part of our community and provide essential support that keeps our school running smoothly. This role is ideal for a highly organised and communicative individual who thrives on being busy. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week (8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 3:30pm Friday) This is a 40-week-per-year role, which includes term time, non-pupil days, and an additional week during the school closure period. A Day In The Life You will be a central point of contact, managing a diverse range of responsibilities such as: Serving as the initial point of contact for all general school inquiries. Providing comprehensive administrative support across the whole of the school. Acting as a resource for student questions and needs. Organising and administering school trips. Designing and creating a variety of professional documents, letters and posters. Accurately updating and maintaining school data as requested using Arbor and other school applications. Assisting with school events. Liaising with staff, outside agencies, parents and other schools as appropriate. What We're Looking For You are the perfect fit for our team if you have: A good standard of education (ideally GCSE Level or equivalent). The ability to effectively manage your own time and prioritise work in a demanding environment. High level communication abilities and excellent IT skills in a range of software applications.
