FABRICATOR/WELDER Location: Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday–Friday) + Overtime Opportunities
ZedTalent is proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected and innovative engineering company based in Aberdeenshire, who have grown to become a trusted partner in specialist engineering, machining and fabrication service to major oil operators and their contractors. With a long-standing reputation for excellence and a forward-thinking approach, our client operates across a wide range of industries including Marine, ROV, Oceanographic, Waste Management, Aerospace, and Motorsport.
As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a time-served, experienced, and highly motivated Fabricator/Welder to join their skilled team and contribute to the continued success of their busy workshop. This role will primarily involve structural stainless steel TIG welding, as well as flux-cored arc welding. The ideal candidate will be confident and proficient in both fabrication and welding, as the position requires an even balance of both skill sets.
Experience with coding in MIG and TIG welding processes (not essential as training can be provided)
Ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work
Collaborating effectively with other team members and contributing to a positive workshop culture
Time served and experienced Fabricator/Welder, ideally with 10 years’ experience
Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
