What the Job Involves Your main responsibilities include overseeing a team of Family First Case Managers to deliver high-quality early help assessments, interventions, and reviews. You will establish partnerships with various agencies to ensure a comprehensive, family-centered approach to service delivery. This includes managing risks related to potential harm and safeguarding. You will oversee resource allocation, support service improvement efforts, and monitor performance against specific plans and frameworks. You will also manage budgets and stand in for the Head of Service as required, attending key operational and strategic meetings.
