About the Role: As Specialist Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the service by ensuring the smooth operation by providing high-level administrative and operational support. This role plays an important part of our ability to support with complex and sensitive information relating to the safeguarding of children. About the candidate: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to record information accurately. You will be proficient in data processing and analysis. The successful candidates will be resilient and compassionate be able to deal with difficult situations with understanding. A strong proficiency in IT applications including Microsoft Office with good keyboard skills is essential. You should have a flexible approach, the ability to build effective working relationships and work as part of a team, be organised, understand the importance of confidentiality. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
