We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider seeking experienced and committed Support Workers to join a supported living service in Keighley. This is a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about improving the lives of adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
* Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meals, and activities
* Encourage independence, choice, and wellbeing
* Promote safeguarding, dignity, and respect at all times
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and external professionals
Requirements:
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities (essential)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins
* A caring, proactive, and professional approach
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
