We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our purchasing, inventory, and logistics functions. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure materials and products are delivered on time, optimise stock levels, and manage supplier performance to support our production and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational procurement activities
*
Source materials at the best cost, quality, and delivery
*
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts; conduct audits and evaluations
*
Oversee the Company’s Stores Department and reduce stock holdings
*
Produce monthly stock and supplier reconciliation reports
*
Collaborate with Production and Contract Managers on supply forecasts
*
Drive continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain processes
*
Manage, train, and mentor the Procurement & Stores team
About You
*
Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment.
*
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and interpersonal skills
*
Good knowledge of purchasing contracts, terms, and conditions
*
Proficient with standard IT and procurement software
*
Professional purchasing qualification (CIPS) or willingness to undertake
Qualifications
*
HNC or equivalent essential; Degree desirable
*
Professional purchasing qualification preferred
