Job Title: Mobile AC Engineer
Location: South London & Surrey (Mobile Role)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

Join an established building services provider delivering HVAC maintenance and project works across high-end residential properties, commercial offices, and educational sites.
This is a mobile position covering mainly South London and Surrey, offering a good balance of planned maintenance, installation work, and small projects.
Your duties will include:
• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Installation works and involvement in small to medium-sized project works.
• Fault finding, repairs, and servicing of AC equipment across multiple site types.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with F-Gas regulations, health & safety, and company standards.
• Providing a professional service while working independently across a mobile portfolio.
• Participating in a call-out rota when required.

• Salary: £45,000 per annum.

Travel & Expenses:
• When working in Central London, engineers are typically encouraged to travel via public transport due to congestion and parking restrictions.

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Mobile AC or HVAC Engineer.
• F-Gas qualified (Category 1).
• Experience working across commercial and residential environments.
• Comfortable carrying out maintenance, installs, and project works.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
