The Role
The Engagement manager acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and teams, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals. This role focuses on relationship management, delivery oversight, and strategic alignment of services.
Your responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities
* Act as the single point of contact for TCS engagements and service delivery
* Translate business requirements into solutions in collaboration with technical teams
* Oversee the delivery of projects and services, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation through technology
* Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Coordinate across multiple functions (development, infrastructure, support, security, etc.)
* Monitor performance metrics and service levels (SLAs/KPIs)
* Support change management and adoption of new technologies
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field
* Experience in IT service delivery, project management, or engagement management
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
* Experience working in a Telecom client‑facing or consulting environment
* Familiarity with Telecom Business and UK Telecom Landscape
