MyConstructor - Domestic Energy Assessor
We are looking to onboard new Domestic Energy Assessors across all regions, but our current priority areas are:
* Newcastle
* Cardiff
* Liverpool
Responsibilities
* Carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments in residential properties
* Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience during appointments
* Communicate clearly with customers and the MyConstructor platform where required
* Maintain compliance with current legislation and industry standards
Qualifications
* Fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with Elmhurst
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
* Ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively
* Good communication skills and confidence working independently
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
