Job Title: EC&I Construction Manager
Location: Kingston upon Hull

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £80,000 to £85,000 per annum
Additional Allowance: Living allowance (for candidates living more than 45 miles from site)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EC&I Construction Manager to lead the electrical and instrumentation construction activities on a major project in Hull.
You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of EC&I scopes, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all EC&I construction and installation activities on site
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
* Conduct site visits and HSE audits
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
* Monitor project schedules and budgets
* Support procurement and material planning for timely execution
* Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
* Coordinate EC&I works with other trades and disciplines
* Provide leadership and guidance to EC&I teams and subcontractors
* Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience in EC&I construction management within industrial or energy sectors
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
* Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
