Salary: £26,500
We are currently looking for an Assembler to join a well-established technology company based in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work within a clean and supportive environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Role:
* Assembly work using small parts and components
* Bench-based and repetitive work while seated at a workstation
* Following assembly drawings, work instructions, and documentation
* Diagnosing and repairing faulty components where required
* Assisting with packing, dispatch, goods in, stock checks, and testing duties
* Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
* Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
* Supporting continuous improvement and providing feedback during builds
* Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Skills & Experience:
* Assembly experience would be beneficial but is not essential as training is provided
* Good attention to detail and ability to work with small components
* Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
* Good communication xsngvjr skills
* Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
