1 PQE+ | Multi-Office Regional Law Firm | Essex


I’m working with a well-established, multi-office regional law firm with 13 offices across Essex, currently looking to strengthen its Family team due to continued growth.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join a supportive, modern and forward-thinking firm that places genuine emphasis on staff wellbeing, development and long-term progression.


The Role

You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative Family department, managing a varied and engaging caseload that includes:

* Divorce proceedings
* Financial matters following relationship breakdown
* Children matters
* Unmarried couples
* Prenuptial & Cohabitation Agreements
* Domestic Violence & Abuse (including injunctions and court support)


What are we looking for?

* At least 1 year PQE as a Family Solicitor
* Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong client care skills and confidence in building lasting relationships
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
