Futures Recruitment are currently seeking driven and commercially focused Website Manager to join one of Europe's leading distributors with a full portfolio of market-leading products. This business has been established over 30 years, turnover £400m+ and has exciting growth plans in the pipeline, through new partnerships and exciting NPD projects
Due to growth, they are hiring for a Website Manager. You will take ownership of the day-to-day trading and digital performance across core branded websites, working closely with the wider marketing and digital teams to hit commercial targets and maximise online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement short- and long-term eCommerce strategies to accelerate direct-to-consumer growth.
* Define and monitor website performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.), using insights to inform commercial and marketing activity.
* Identify and prioritise opportunities for growth, including UX improvements, promotional initiatives, and new digital channels.
* Oversee pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and tactical campaigns across relevant channels.
* Deliver regular reporting on sales and trading performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Partner with external agencies to shape paid media, affiliate, and acquisition strategies.
* Continuously optimise the user journey and conversion funnel to improve online performance.
Requirements & Skills:
* Proven experience in eCommerce or online retail, ideally within a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into trading actions.
* Highly proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel, and ideally Power BI.
* Excellent knowledge of eCommerce best practices, digital customer journeys, and CRO principles.
* Strong project management and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and confident working independently as well as collaboratively.
