We are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our Popspecs Kiosk in Bluewater Shopping Centre.

Glasses are traditionally seen as an expensive endeavour but here at Pop Specs we want to have fashionable frames you love to wear, at an affordable price with the added bonus of a receiving them in 20 minutes.
As an Optical Assistant, your role revolves around our customers. So as well as making sales, helping with queries and guiding customers on the best glasses for them you will also be involved in actually making your customers glasses

Duties:
- Manage spectacle orders and repairs, including frame adjustments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the practice management system.
- Provide guidance to patients on frame selection and lens options and making sales
- Support in the maintenance of the optical laboratory and equipment.
- Being involved in the spectacle making process with a fast turnaround
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an optician's practice is desirable or previous sales experience
- Knowledge of ocular anatomy and basic laboratory procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using optical equipment and computer systems.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
