An exciting opportunity has arisen for a for a Portfolio Coordinator to join our central Portfolio Office team, which supports the RNLI through delivery of all projects and programmes.
Your Role
As a Portfolio Coordinator, you will focus on the following areas:
3. Supporting the planning, analysis, reporting, assurance and governance activities that maintain the progress of the portfolio, working closely with the Portfolio Office team to deliver on key actions to drive the portfolio forward.
4. Playing a proactive role in supporting programme and project governance through the lifecycle, facilitating improvements in line with portfolio ways of working and best practise processes.
Key Skills
5. Desirable: Project Management qualification: APM equivalent.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and can adapt their style to meet different stakeholder needs
7. Excellent active listening skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
8. Can work autonomously and adjusts quickly to new priorities
9. Is resilient, decisive and can work under pressure and prioritise
10. Has an organised and flexible approach and enjoys dealing with people at all levels of seniority
About You
You will be a natural collaborator with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels
To be considered as the Portfolio Coordinator you will need:
