For HR & Reward professionals, this means connecting with them to better understand their business, challenges, and objectives by presenting solutions to help them advance their organisations.

Our social programmes distribute important financial support to vulnerable individuals and families across the UK. You’ll make a real difference by delivering targeted financial and proactive support to low-income families, pensioners, care leavers, and those in crisis or at risk, aligned with our clients’ objectives.

OTE of £15,000 (Uncapped)

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve new business volume or revenue targets in the public sector
* Secure contracts for employee engagement solutions and social programmes
* Drive revenues using our SaaS platform
* Understand and promote our social programmes and engagement propositions
* Maintain a pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasts
* Use market intelligence to understand customer needs and influence requirements
* Collaborate with internal teams on bids, project implementation, and marketing
* Contribute to the business development plan with market insights
* Participate in bids, ensuring they reflect the opportunity and are commercially sound
* Deliver engaging sales presentations and demos
* Ensure contracts are accurate and issued promptly
* Attend industry events as needed
* Ensure smooth handover of new business to account management
* Develop sales plans for each market segment
* Refer opportunities to Business Development Consultants
Target Market
Employee Engagement: SMBs in civil service, local government, emergency services, education, health, with contracting ability via frameworks.

Social Programmes: Civil service, local government, charities, housing associations, and similar public sector bodies.


Skills

* Proven success in B2B sales, overachieving targets
* Extensive knowledge of public sector sales, frameworks, and procurement
* Experience managing long sales cycles
* Knowledge of public sector procurement legislation
* Strong communication skills
* Proven self-generation and conversion of business
* Experience presenting to C-level executives
* Growth mindset and commitment to learning


The Interview Process

* Telephone interview with Talent Acquisition
* First interview with Sales Manager
* Take-home assessment
* Final interview with Commercial Director and Sales Manager
