🚛 Transport Solution Design Manager – Shape the Future of Transport at XPO

We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Transport Solution Design Manager to help us shape innovative, data-driven transport solutions across our business. 💰 Pay, Benefits & More: We’re offering a competitive salary based on experience and your future potential as well as a company bonus scheme. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
The role is Monday to Friday, with flexible, hybrid working, so please don’t feel you have to live on our doorstep, we can consider applicants from further afield and there is a company car or an allowance with the role after all!

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Designing and developing transport solutions for shared user, 4PL, and dedicated operations
2. Collaborating with our strategic development team to understand customer needs.
3. Creating fully costed solutions from data analysis through to implementation
4. Supporting optimisation projects for existing customers
5. Bringing fresh ideas and initiative to drive innovation and efficiency.
6. Playing a key role in winning and delivering new business
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
7. Experience in transport solution design (or ready to step up into the role)
8. Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
9. Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
10. Confident communicating with customers both in person and remotely
11. Familiarity with routing software like Paragon is a plus
