Operations Leader – Safety‑Critical Environment
A leading industrial services provider is seeking a proven operational leader with strong commercial acumen to stabilise, strengthen and elevate one of their flagship sites. This is a high‑impact role with significant visibility and strong organisational backing. The successful candidate will play a central part in rebuilding a strategically important client relationship and driving meaningful performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading operations across 1 or more sites and being the face of the business with their clients. They will be responsible for driving operational performance and being the key point of contact with the end user of their services.

Key Criteria
We are looking for a leader who is:
* Must be able to be 5 days on site (relocation will be supported if necessary)
* Must have led operations for at least 1 site
* Must have prior sector exposure within Rental equipment, Hard FM, HVAC or similar
* Experienced in directly managing client relationships
* Commercially astute
* Strong in people leadership, capability building and cultural reset
* Hands‑on, visible, and able to operate as the single point of contact for senior stakeholders
* Ideally experienced in high‑risk, safety‑critical operational environments
