Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will play a crucial role in developing and promoting our business.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing busy diaries, processing orders, completing credit checks, creating contracts, and preparing quotation packs that reflect customer requirements. You will also be required to carry out structured business development campaigns, including cold calling, to achieve order targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships and ensure maximum satisfaction and continuity of business
* Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet business objectives
* Process orders, complete credit checks, and create contracts
* Prepare quotation packs and present to clients
* Carry out business development campaigns, including cold calling
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong administrative experience gained in a customer service environment. You should be highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to work at pace. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with clients.
