Our client is a global luxury interior design studio creating exceptional spaces worldwide. They are looking for a polished, proactive Front of House – Operations Executive to be the face of their busy central London studio and a key support to the Operations team.
The Role
\t
* Maintain immaculate front‑of‑house areas and uphold studio standards
\t
* Welcome clients, manage arrivals and provide hospitality
\t
* Handle calls, meeting room bookings, AV set‑ups and catering
\t
* Oversee building access and staff movements
\t
* Support Operations with admin across H&S, HR, projects and general studio upkeep
\t
* Manage post, couriers, supplies and global office requests Track invoices and payments with Finance Coordinate global travel bookings
\t
* Provide EA support to the Business Development Director Lead social and wellbeing activities across the studio
About You
\t
* Experience in FOH, reception or office admin
\t
* Confident with Microsoft Office and office equipment
\t
* Strong communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
\t
* Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
\t
* Professional, well‑presented and discreet
\t
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders and coordinating travel/logistics
This role is a Full‑time, office‑based role (Mon–Thu 9–6, Fri 9–5.30) close to Victoria Station.
