Social Media and Events Marketer We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Social Media and Events Marketer for a growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and event marketing, with the ability to drive engagement, enhance brand presence, and contribute to the wider marketing strategy.
Social Media Strategy and Management: Develop and implement social media plans, managing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. This includes feeding into the annual content calendar and driving engagement.
YouTube Channel Oversight: Take charge of the strategy and content for YouTube, ensuring it aligns with broader marketing goals.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with external graphic designers to create high-quality collateral for social media and events.
LinkedIn Newsletter: Collaborate with the Email Marketing team to manage and grow the LinkedIn newsletter.
Paid Media: Partner with the Head of Marketing and Paid Ads team to create and manage paid social media campaigns.
Executive Branding: Support the executive team in managing their personal LinkedIn profiles when required, enhancing their professional presence.
Regularly analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to optimise results.
Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and execute events in collaboration with the Marketing Administrator, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
Marketing Support: Assist with broader marketing tasks as needed, supporting the overall team strategy.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation and event marketing.
Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
Proficiency in social media advertising and analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
