Job Description
1. Planning and Execution of Market Activities:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various marketing events such as industry conferences,
product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure smooth execution of each event, from conceptualization to post-event follow-up, meeting deadlines,
and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to guarantee all logistical and operational aspects are
seamlessly handled.
2. Marketing Strategy Alignment:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that are aligned with the company’s overall brand and business
goals.
- Ensure that each event or activity has clear objectives that align with the company’s broader marketing goals.
- Regularly collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure cohesive strategic alignment across all activities.
3. Publicity and Promotion Planning:
- Design and implement comprehensive publicity and promotional campaigns for events, ensuring the engagement of targeted audiences.
- Manage both online and offline marketing channels such as social media, SEO, email campaigns, press releases, and media partnerships.
- Craft and oversee the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and digital content for effective communication of event details.
4. Budget Management:
- Prepare detailed budgets for each marketing event, ensuring accurate forecasting of costs, including venue,materials, staffing, and promotion.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that all activities remain within budget while maximizing cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Track financial performance and make adjustments where necessary to optimize spending.
5. Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze the performance and impact of each marketing event using KPIs such as attendee engagement, leadgeneration, and customer feedback.
- Provide comprehensive post-event reports that include data analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
- Continuously assess the success of past events and iterate on marketing plans to enhance future results.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, media, communications, business relatedor a related field.
2. Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing event planning, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful large-scale events.
- Prior experience in Web3 or blockchain-related industries is highly desirable.
3. Creative and Execution Abilities:
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches for marketing activities.
- Capable of independently leading marketing projects from ideation through to execution, ensuring all aspects are delivered to high standards.
4. Communication and Teamwork:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- A strong team player who can work effectively in cross-functional teams, coordinating with other departments such as sales, product development, and operations to achieve shared objectives.
5. Web3 Industry Knowledge:
- A deep understanding of the Web3 industry, with the ability to spot emerging trends and implement theminto marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques and technologies, continuously learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of digital marketing.
6. Language Proficiency:
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, as it will be the primary working language.
