Responsibilites
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum and policies.
* Manage the classroom environment, maintaining good discipline and promoting positive bahaviour.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support learning.
* Support pupil's social, emotional, and academic development.
* Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure smooth transitions and consistent teaching.
* Communicate effectively with school staff, pupils, as and where appropriate, parents.
* Ahere to safeguarding policies and ensure the welfare of all pupils
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching KS2 curriculum, preferably Year 6.
* Ability to adapt quickly to differant classroom environments and student needs.
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonable skills
* A passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
