We ’ re hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations for a growing, international business. The Role You ’ ll take control of the entire Supply Chain function, covering: Procurement & Supplier Management (global suppliers parent company) Inventory & Stock Control S&OP / Demand Planning & Forecasting Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution Production Planning (incl. contract manufacturing) In short: you’ll make sure the right products are in the right place, at the right time — without blowing the budget. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and execute the Supply Chain strategy Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate effectively Drive forecast accuracy, stock optimisation, and service levels Partner with Sales, Purchasing & Logistics to keep everything aligned Improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency Proactively manage risk, delays, and supply issues (before they escalate) Leadership Lead, develop, and motivate the Supply Chain team Create a high-performance, collaborative culture Own training, development, and succession planning What We’re Looking For Senior experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics Strong leadership — you’ve managed teams and driven performance Expertise in S&OP, forecasting, and inventory management Confident with ERP systems and data analysis Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills Calm under pressure (because supply chains love surprises…) Bonus Lean / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience Import & export knowledge
