As part of our Operations team, the Operations Asset, HSE & Facilities Manager will work with industry leaders in aerospace engineering. What will I be doing?
Leading a team of 2 supervisors and 2 site project engineers, you will promote our company values—Growth, Accountability, Engagement, Respect, and Safety. You will oversee a safe and optimised Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility maintaining Civil and Military Landing Gears and Equipment. Proactivity is essential to continuously improve our EHS compliance, safety culture, equipment performance, and site aesthetics.
What do I need to succeed in the role?
* Management experience in a manufacturing environment
* Change and Risk Management expertise
* Knowledge of ISO OHSAS 18001 & BSI ISO 14001 Management Systems
* Experience working in a lower tier COMAH facility
* Facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing
* Understanding of integrated facilities and supplier management
* Extensive project management experience, including resource and cost control
* Ability to manage multiple projects, interpret programs, drawings, schedules, and specifications
* Flexibility and openness to improvements and change
* Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills, with experience leading project managers and site teams
