In this role you will oversee Multi Utilities infrastructure contracts/projects across the Yorkshire area, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of schemes within a designated geographical area
2. Oversee all aspects of site work, from initial pre-start meetings to multi-utilities installations
3. Arrange plant orders, road opening notices, and Traffic Management for each scheme
4. Manage direct and subcontracted site resources
5. Conduct team and quality audits on-site
6. Liaise with water, gas, and electric engineering departments
7. Close out NCRs and incident reports promptly as required
8. Handle people management in line with company policies and procedures
Key skills and experience required:
9. Proven experience managing Multi Utilities projects
10. Strong communication and site management skills
11. Knowledge of HSQE and commercial site works
12. NRSWA Streetworks and CSCS card required
13. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
14. Gas/Water NCO 2, SSSTS, IOSH, or management qualifications – desirable
15. Full UK driving licence
